 Housing is at the heart of Mercy Haven's mission.  

  • Mental Health housing on Long Island is available through the "Single Point of Access" system known as SPA.  Click here to download a SPA application.
  • Housing for homeless individuals and families is available to those who have a documented case of homelessness with Suffolk County Department of Social Services (DSS).

Mercy Haven offers three types of housing, based on individual needs.

Community Residences

Group housing with staff supervision.
Residents enjoy classes and work with staff

Supported Housing Program

Independent living with supportive services,
from daily living skills development to part-time paid employment.

Round-the-clock care for 26 adults, who work with staff on rehabilitative services, symptom management, daily living skills, and medication management. More.
